You can normally find me behind the camera, completely absorbed in my comfort zone, taking hair pictures of many guest. So Hello 🖤 This is the face behind every Custom Color & Sew In Extension. -I’m a mama to the sweetest young man & a wife to a very supportive & loving man. -The greatest gift you can ever see coming is finally showing up the way you deserve for your own life & business. HairByKristin does not run on a people pleasing state of mind, that’s a death sentence because just like in life you will have individuals including guest that love a version of you, until they find a boundary they don’t love. Always take the reins, break barriers, shift the entire ship until you feel home & never mold into someone else’s favorite version of you. -The growth I've experienced over the last 15 years stems from my guest who faithfully support me. Without all of them, there would be no me. The generosity and graciousness never go unnoticed. This field is more than just a business to me. It’s about making a positive impact by giving of oneself to make a difference. I hope I will continue to make a difference in many individuals lives, as many have made in mine. I’m so grateful. CANCELLATION POLICY
Text Message is HairByKristin’s only form of communication. No Refunds HairByKristin does not offer refunds of any kind, no exceptions. We have a 7 day adjustment period. HairByKristin understands that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary, therefor 48 hours notice is required to change or cancel your scheduled service. If you cancel within 48 hours of your appointment you will be charged 50% the cost of the service scheduled. Same day cancellations ( which is considered 12 hours or less from the appointment time) will be charged 100% the cost of the scheduled service, no exceptions. Tardiness HairByKristin has a 5 minute lateness policy. If your running late please send a text. Should you arrive beyond 5 minutes late you may have to forfeit your appointment completely and you will be charged 100% the cost of the scheduled service. Confirmation Text 72 hours prior to your appointment, you will receive a reminder text which you will need to confirm. If you do not confirm, your appointment 48 hours prior, your appointment will be cancelled and our cancellation policy will apply. Please understand that it is your responsibility to remember your appointment dates and times to avoid late arrivals, missed/cancelled appointments and the cancellation fee. ​ Payment and Gratuity We only accept cash or check for service payment. *Please note: When you arrive for your appointment, you will be given a HairByKristin Salon Policy form that must be filled out and signed* ​​ IT IS OUR PRIORITY TO CONDUCT THOROUGH CONSULTATIONS FOR ALL SERVICES PROVIDED THROUGH THE SALON, HOWEVER IT IS EACH CLIENT'S PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY TO BE UPFRONT AND HONEST ABOUT THEIR HAIR HISTORY. ANY DAMAGE CAUSED TO THE HAIR AS A RESULT OF UNDIVULGED INFORMATION DURING THE CONSULTATION IS NOT THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE STYLIST OR HAIRBYKRISTIN.
